We start by having a first-time home buyers meeting, where we go over your wants and needs. Then we hit the road and look at everything that's out there, from what you're looking for to what you maybe didn't think you were looking for. We'll make pros and cons lists, and we base our next round of showings on what you liked and didn't like. Buying Low

Looking to save some money when buying a new home? Pay attention to the seasonality of the Ottawa real estate market because there are some months that are much better to buy in than others. November and December are excellent months for buying a home as sellers are often motivated to close the deal before the year ends and start the new year fresh. Similarly, the cold and dark days of February and March may see fewer buyers, with investors being the primary players. You may get a time sensitive seller who can provide you with a discount in exchange for the certainty of their home being sold. So if you're searching for a good deal on your next home, be mindful of the market's seasonality and plan accordingly.
