Regan on a Real Estate Team

In 2020 when I began in real estate I wanted to be able to delivering exceptional service to my clients while still pursuing my passion for interior design through higher education. That's why I joined the Michael Schurter and Associates team, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my decision. With our broker's extensive experience of more than ten years and an unlicensed assistant, we offer top-notch service to our clients. My interior design background and service in French provide an additional layer of value to our team, making us even more well-rounded and better equipped to serve.

Regan - As A Design Expert

As a studying interior designer, I've seen the problems clients face - they come in with an idea of what they want their dream renovation to look like, but sometimes it just doesn't work when you put all the elements together. That's where my expertise comes in. I help guide my clients through the overwhelming process of selecting finishes and making sure everything flows seamlessly together. It's not just about having a bright blue kitchen or matte black hardware - it's about how it all fits into the bigger picture of your home. With my experience working for a designer and studying design, I have the knowledge and expertise to make sure your renovation is a success.

12 Years of Experience

I have helped more than 200 clients achieve their unique real estate goals and have also invested in properties myself. In 2021, my team ranked in the top 3% of Royal LePage Canada for deals completed by dollar volume. However, this level of success was not achieved overnight. It took years of hard work and dedication to build a thriving team that is committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.

What Sets Us Apart

I've always been passionate about working with my community. After serving as a trustee with the Ottawa Catholic School Board in the River Capital Ward I wanted to find a way to provide direct support to members in my community, which is why I turned to real estate.

Working with buyers and sellers allows me to connect with people on a more personal level and make a tangible difference in their lives. With my background in interior design, I'm able to offer even more value by assisting them with design advice or just talking through their interior design preferences. It's been an incredibly fulfilling journey, and I'm excited to continue making a difference in my community through my work in real estate. 

 

Education and Teamwork

Selling real estate, I felt incomplete until I completed my broker's course in 2016. Completing this means that I have the highest level of education in the real estate industry and could even run my own brokerage if I choose to. However, I decided to stay with Royal LePage Performance Realty because they offer amazing customer service to my clients, and being part of a big national brand really helps my business. By focusing on running my team and not a brokerage, I can ensure that we're always available and provide a top level of customer service to all of our clients. After all, it's not about taking on more clients, it's about servicing your clients properly.

Being a Good Teammate

I knew that in order to offer the best service to my clients, I needed to have the support of a team. And that's exactly what I did! By working on a team, I was able to go back to school for interior design while still providing excellent service to my clients. With the help of another buyer's agent, a broker with twelve years of experience, and an unlicensed assistant, we are able to support each other and make sure our clients receive the best service possible. Additionally, my background in interior design and building biology knowledge allows me to bring a unique perspective to the team, which helps us stand out in a competitive market. I am also bilingual in French, which is an asset in serving a diverse clientele.

How We Have Evolved In The Last 2 Years

As a real estate agent with over 10 years in the business, I pride myself on assisting my clients with advice and guidance when it comes to their real estate investments. Over the past couple of years, I've become even more confident in recommending renovations and investments that can help client maximize the value of their properties.
As I have become more hands on in my own real estate investing, I've built a team of trusted contractors and experts that my clients can rely on too. From bathroom renovations to kitchen remodels and more, I'm not afraid to take risks and recommend bold changes that will pay off in the long run.
